Delete my data

You can ask Ijaba (operated by PROGIFY LTD) to delete the data it holds about your business at any time, in either of two ways. Both reach the same place.

From Facebook

Open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations), select Ijaba, and choose Remove, requesting that your data be deleted. We receive the request automatically and issue a confirmation code you can use to track it.

By email

Write to privacy@progifyltd.com from the address on your account.

How long it takes

We honour deletion requests within 30 days.
